Yoga

Spa Koru offers Yoga 6 days a week in our spacious state-of-the-art Yoga studio. Our staff of 5 Yoga instructors have trained across the country and the globe, bringing one of the most impressive and well-rounded Yoga curriculums on the East Coast to the Outer Banks! $15/class

Fitness

Now is the time to work on your fitness! Koru's fitness center features treadmills, ellipticals, stair climber, upright and recumbant bikes, resistance machines and free weights. Memberships include access to any and all fitness classes, including Yoga! Clean, modern locker rooms have separate men's and women's steam rooms. All members receive 10% off in the Spa and Salon! $15 and up
