The Scotch Bonnet is a must stop for any Outer Banks vacation.  You can find more than 30 flavors of fudge made fresh on site that is so good that it was featured on the Food Network; as well as local art; and souvenirs for the entire family.  In addition to their famous fudge, The Scotch Bonnet also carries 24 flavors of Jelly Belly jelly beans, 21 flavors of saltwater taffy, as well as sugar free fudge and sugar free saltwater taffy.  You can also find hermit crabs and accessories here.  Hermit crab races are held every Friday at 3 pm during the summer.
